Refund & Returns Policy

All WalletShorts products are made-to-order pre-orders.
Because each item is produced specifically for your purchase, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, all sales are final.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at supchoshorts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos.
Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please note: Shipping time is estimated at 4–6 weeks depending on production and logistics.
